Exchange and Refund Policy

Refunds are to be made within 2 weeks of the date of receiving your products. Refunds are only allowed if goods received by customers were damaged or hold defects upon reception of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned goods, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Mom's Heart will allow customers to exchange an item for another size, provided that the item has not been used or damaged. Consequently, Mom's Heart will be unable to accept exchanges of used or damaged items (except in the case of flaws that were made on our end). We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to exchange an item. Customers can only exchange their current product(s) with product(s) of the same price range.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Product(s) sold during sale period (sale prices) are not allowed to be exchanged.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.
